About Knowspace

We got tired of losing what we already knew

We didn't start out to build a knowledge management company. We started out frustrated — watching good decisions get made once and then forgotten, watching new hires ask questions we'd already answered a dozen times, watching context walk out the door every time someone left.

Three years of scattered Notion pages, half-finished Confluence spaces, and Slack threads nobody could ever dig back up. Every tool we tried was good at one piece of the problem and useless at holding the whole picture together.

So we built Knowspace: a workspace where documentation, decisions, and onboarding actually live in one place — structured enough to trust, searchable enough to use, and secure enough for teams that can't afford to get this wrong.

“Our goal isn't to be another place to write docs. It's to be the place your team's knowledge survives — past the next reorg, the next tool migration, and the next person who leaves.”

Mission

Build the most intelligent knowledge platform for organizations — the operating system for organizational knowledge, not just another documentation tool.

Where we are today

Knowspace is currently in early access with a select cohort of founding teams — from fast-moving seed startups to security-conscious mid-market tech companies.
